The Conway School ("Conway"), founded in 1972 and located on a rural campus in Conway, Massachusetts, offers a unique Master of Science degree in Ecological Design. The school accepts about twenty students each year into its 10-month program. The mission of The Conway School is to explore, develop, practice, and teach design that is ecologically and socially sustainable. The program puts particular emphasis on communication skills and community building. Students work on real projects with real clients at varying scales, from residential landscaping to urban planning and management of entire watersheds. The program hired its third director, Harvard School of Design graduate Paul Cawood Hellmund, in 2006. Prior to that, Donald Walker was the director (1992–2005). The founder and first director of the program is Walter Cudnohofsky (1972–1992). ==External links== Conway School Website *() Landscape Architecture Magazine feature about Conway in March '07 issue *() 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Conway School of Landscape Design」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
